Gabriele D'Angelo


Gabriele holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from King’s College London - School of Security Studies where he specialised in Middle East studies and conflict management strategies. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs from the University of Trieste, where he graduated with the thesis ‘The impact of China-Africa relations: the case of Angola’.
During his studies, he volunteered for several organisations among which PHASCA in London and Projects Abroad in a mission in Guayaquil (Ecuador), in which he was responsible for taking care of a group of minors who were living in particularly harsh conditions of poverty and abuse. He participated to National Model United Nations (NMUN) in New York where he received an ‘Honorable Mention Award’.
Gabriele is particularly interested in conflict studies and in issues regarding Middle East politics and the democratisation process in the MENA region.
