Justice comes in end, says expert to arrested Uganda rebels commander

"Justice will come in the end", said Alison Smith, director, International Justice Program for No Peace Without Justice, as Dominic Ongwen, the notorious commander of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) rebels, will be handed over to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to face charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity. Ongwen, now about 35 years old, is one of the four remaining LRA commanders wanted by the ICC to answer charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in northern Uganda where the outfit waged a two-decade-long rebellion until 2006. He surrendered recently in Central African Republic to U.S. special forces.
