Valentina Strippoli


Valentina graduated with honors in International Relations in 2016 with a thesis on the Guatemalan genocide case. During her studies, she has spent a semester in Freiburg through the Erasmus programme. Her field of interest is International Criminal Law and she also interned as research assistant at UNICRI (United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute). In 2015 she worked as international affairs freelance writer for the Italian newspaper “Cronache del Garantista” and for the webzine "". Her work experience includes 9 years as Intercultural and Relational Mediator in an Italian Language and Culture Centre based in Rome. In January 2017 Valentina pursued a Master in Human Rights and Conflict Management at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa.
